This is just a little concept sketch for a horse that I've been commissioned to draw. I'm still trying to decide if I like it...and even more nerve-wracking ... hoping they will like it. :]

Hey, wow, this is awesome! If I wasn't such a wuss about getting tats, I'd ask if I could use this and get one. I love tribal, and horses, and this covers both! Great work!

I actually try to stay away from tribal as much as I can. But on this order, it was sort of difficult. I might soften some of the lines a little to give it more of a "swirly" effect. I definitely need to fix the legs a little.

I actually used a mechanical pencil and used Photoshop to up the contrast a bunch to solidify the lines.

I'm going to add more to the legs and hooves per the request of the lady who this is made for.

I'll see if that finally makes me look at this without going "hmmm...."
